Key Job Activities:


  • Using excellent communication and multitasking skills, responds timely to customer inquiries and process requests, according to established standards with attention to style, tone, and manner of communication, received through the automated phone system, email, social media, web, or mail regarding inquiries as outlined by the Customer Service Manager, positioning Stericycle products and services to customers. Forward customer requests for follow-up and escalations in compliance with project documents. Assists with daily line testing, sending of referrals and other non-live tasks as business needs dictate. Document calls in proprietary platforms, client systems, PDF, Excel and Word. Expectation is that team member will work in multiple work queues a day.
  • Performs adverse event and product quality complaint reporting in accordance with client and company policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to re-search customer issues and find workable solutions
  • Share ideas with department that increase efficiencies and effectiveness of customer needs. Provides feedback and review of materials for new projects.
  • Performs necessary record keeping activities
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
  • Performs non-live administrative tasks including application verification during roll-out and maintenance, creation and maintenance of study site records and staff credentials, sending of referrals to study sites, communication of escalations which occasionally requires client notification. Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Education:


Preferred Education: in High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required Competencies :
