The Amazon EMEA Student Programs Team is looking for ambitious students to join us as a Instock Manager Intern working in one of our core businesses, including retail and amazon vendor services.

Amazon retail teams work to help improve the selection and shopping experience for customers across our product categories, from books to fashion, electronics to grocery, movies and music to toys and health & beauty, and everything in between. As an Instock Manager Intern, you will learn how Amazon handles its e-commerce Supply Chain. Working alongside an Instock manager you will work to optimize Supply Chain processes and solutions. Your priority will be to work backwards from the customer, identifying inputs to improve supply chain performance.

Job responsibilities include:
• Develop the analytical and problem-solving skills that our people are known for
• Support Instock Managers as well as Amazonians in other functions

Interns work for 40 hours per week for 6 months. As an intern, you will be matched to a manager and a mentor. In addition to working on an impactful project, you will have the opportunity to engage with Amazonians for both personal and professional development, expand your network, and participate in activities with other interns throughout your internship.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in or will receive a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with a graduation date between September 2023 and September 2024
  • Studies within Engineering, Commerce, Marketing, Business administration or similar field
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Results-driven focus with analytical capability
  • Ability to innovate and simplify current processes and practices
  • Experience working with excel
  • High affinity towards data and technology with ability to dive deep and analyze opportunities and processes
  • Availability to do a 6 month full-time internship
