HPE Sweden is looking for an HR Intern to join our HR team. In this role you will work in our ongoing projects such as digitalization of the HR administration and employer branding strategies.
Work in close cooperation with the HR center in Poland and North European HR team.
Get involved with employer branding, e.g., setting and executing a strategy for the year.
Digitalization of the overall HR administration.
Coordinate and support the on-/offboarding activities.
Plan and organize events, trainings, and upcoming projects.
Education and Experience Required:
Final year at University, within Human Resources or any similar relevant field.
Knowledge of Swedish labor law.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
What we would prefer you to bring:
Able to work independently and in a structured way with an eye for details, and as a flexible and positive team player.
Good communication skills, verbally and written in Swedish and English.
Strong customer orientation.

A collaborative, solution focused spirit and overall sense of urgency
The desire to embrace new ideas and fresh thinking and seek out ideas different than your own
Comfort with working in a hybrid (virtual and face-to-face) environment
