Professional (f/m) Marketing / Employer Branding at Porsche

Tasks


  • Develop ideas for creative employer branding campaigns as well as external and internal communication programs
  • Yearly planning and budget estimation for employer branding campaigns, external and internal actions and events
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute events and campaigns
  • Collaborate with HR Recruiting professionals and other professionals in the organization in order to continuously optimize the communication instruments and channels
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience (Students, Young Professionals, Senior Professionals) through appropriate channels (outdoor advertising, guerilla marketing, social media, local and national media or events)
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
  • Weekly contributions to the MHP social media platforms
  • Local and national market research
  • Liase with our university collaboration partner, Universitatea Babes Bolyai in the frame of our academic sponsoring program
  • Participation at Fairs and Roadshows

Qualifications


  • Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements and market research methods
  • Good understanding of the local and national IT market
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Creative, outside the box thinking
  • Solution oriented mindset
  • Studies in marketing, communications or equivalent
  • Fluency in English and ideally knowledge of German
