About the Talent Program

The Talent Program is a way for Alfa Laval to connect with students. We want to be part of your world and make you part of ours. This means that you get a chance to gain experience from, as well as learn and network within, an international company with approximately 18,000 co-workers worldwide. We wish to cooperate with ambitious students who have a technical background and who share our drivers; action, interaction and satisfaction.

About you

We are looking for students who have 2-3 years left of their Masters Program at Lund Technical University, within mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, computer engineering and/or industrial engineering. To enjoy working at Alfa Laval you should have a lot of drive, be able to work independently and enjoy working in teams. It is also essential that you have excellent networking capabilities. A good command of Swedish and English, both written and verbal is required as well as computer skills. Additionally, we value your participation in extracurricular activities and other interests. The placement is in Lund.
