This person will demonstrate a comfortable range of talking with college students up to executives about technical, process and strategic subject matter. Large scale cross-functional projects and change management experience is necessary to thrive in this busy environment. Must be a data driven decision maker using internal workforce trends to understand the data, present conclusions, and pinpoint opportunities in a clear and concise manner with passion about owning, driving and executing talent acquisition activities as a result. You will help build the diverse and dynamic workforce that gives Porsche a competitive advantage and shapes the future of our brand. Internally and externally.
What You’ll Do
  • Continuously enhance and deliver, in partnership with internal customers, an effective cost contained recruiting strategy supporting programs that focus on both quality of hire (i.e., culture fit, retention, etc.) and timeliness of hire, sourcing the highest caliber of talent
  • Develop and lead programs that support the filling of immediate recruitment targets, build a pipeline for future needs, and establishes innovative candidate sourcing strategies, especially for hard-to-fill positions in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Build strong, credible relationships with HR Managers, hiring managers, and critical stakeholders operating as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
  • Attract, develop, and retain a highly effective team of in-house recruiting professionals, in addition to identifying and maintaining relationships with agencies and retained search firms
  • Develop and implement workforce plans and hiring forecasting capabilities, maintain analytic reporting system and dashboards including lead and lag measurements to improve outcomes and organizational visibility, measure team effectiveness and provide metrics and actionable insights to hiring managers and leadership
  • Consistent evaluation of tools and systems necessary for a paperless, scalable recruiting model
  • Incorporate and drive a diverse employer brand strategy
  • Lead the staffing function and all steps associated with sourcing and delivering qualified, diverse candidates in the recruitment of prospective employees
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the luxury automotive market, competition, and emerging industry trends
  • Demonstrate and ensure expert use of social media sources, resume harvesting and parsing, databases, and job boards to source and pursue qualified candidates
  • Provides leadership for the design, development, and implementation of processes and special projects
  • Leads, coaches, develops, mentors, and supports a high performing team of recruiters
  • Continuously evaluate team workload to ensure optimal service delivery by refining as necessary based on department priorities allocating resources accordingly
  • Identify and recommend learning and development opportunities for team members to develop the capabilities of the team
  • Participate in budget review and has financial accountability for assigned areas and projects
  • Advise HR Managers providing functional expertise, market-related intelligence, forecasting on employment trends
  • Collaborate with Engagement and PR to drive a strong employment brand that positions Porsche as an employer of choice amongst professional communities and passive applicants, which includes the optimization of our social media efforts.
  • Represent Porsche at conferences and events (ability to travel when necessary)

Who You Will Work With
You will report to the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition and lead the Porsche North America recruiting team. You will proactively collaborate with HR Managers and leaders as you drive the recruiting strategy that is integrated with the I&D strategy. Working closely with external agency partners, diversity organizations and other pipeline channels will be required.

Qualifications


What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field, Master’s Degree preferred
  • Certified Diversity & Inclusion Recruiter (CDR) preferred
  • 5-7 years management experience preferred
  • 2-3 years managing a talent acquisition team
  • Experience developing and executing a scalable recruitment strategy to attract and hire a diverse slate of candidates for corporate, university, and front-line positions
  • Experience working with 3rd party vendor agencies and RPOs
  • Problem solving skills with business acumen and desire to build relationships as a trusted advisor to key stake holders
  • Overall leadership skills for a team of TA professionals and act as a strong role model, providing mentorship and motivation for development and growth while driving a high level of performance against hiring plans
  • The demonstration of foresight for future implications of current decisions
  • Proven results driving social media campaigns around talent brand (ex: LinkedIn + Glassdoor)
  • Experience supporting talent initiatives such as internship, rotation and mentoring programs
  • Experience with behavioral assessments and creating a sourcing framework for mitigating bias in assessment
  • Experience using SAP SuccessFactors or HCM tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Willingness to travel when necessary (5-10%)
