Practice Area ProfileBCG Platinion launched in Germany in 2000 to add deep technical expertise to the Boston Consulting Group’s existing capabilities. Today, our presence spans across the globe, with offices in Asia, Europe, and South and North America. Our New York-based North American team began in 2014 and in 2017 acquired MAYA Design, a Pittsburgh-based digital design and innovation lab, to grow our capabilities around technology and design. What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)We’re looking for an Experience Design Lead from a consulting, digital or industry environment to join our team. You will have a background in UX Design and have experience in designing intuitive engaging customer journeys and machine interactions.
- At least 8 to 10 + years of end to end Experience Design experience including a range of Human Centred Design activates such as: User Research, User Experience Design, Service Design, Prototyping, Visual Design, User Interface Design and Interaction Design
- A strong portfolio of work where UI/Visual design is your focus
- Experience in leading teams of designers embedded in multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated experience in ethnographic research techniques and usability evaluation
- Experience in translating user research and usability test findings into interactive product solutions
- The ability to travel often for extended periods of time across Europe
