Acting with strong self-initiative, you will assist with both day-to-day support activities, as well as strategic objectives. As a Junior Technical Coordinator, you will also interact with key business leaders, partners and customers so your savvy customer service skills in handling interaction and correspondence will be put to good use.
  • Please be aware that this is a Temporary Position for two years!

Job responsibilities:

  • Great collaboration with the team members and the respective regional organizations and functions involved in to the different processes
  • Set up common means for communication and sharing of data
  • Maintain the product demo pool and warranty process in the country

Planning, Calendar management and Mailbox monitoring
Demo unit management:
  • Responsible for the demo unit process – preparing list of the products available, their condition, the program they are used for, compliance process of the demo process
  • Actively collaborates with the team members, partners and customers involved in the process
  • Works with Presales Technical consultants and Category managers for the future planning and current business management of the demo devices;
  • Maintain process for management of demo products and proposes optimization of portfolio and cost;
  • Uses programs for temporary using of demo devices organized centrally by HP;
  • Actively involves in Gaming proposals and respective demo planning;

General Admin tasks:
  • Supports special pricing process for the GTM organization in Bulgaria and actively collaborates with the sales and partners regarding the case;
  • Tracks and escalates the approval process in the OPG;
  • Compile data for reports
  • Manages warranty process
  • File and maintain records as per HP requirements and guidelines

  • All levels of HP employees in the GTM Bulgaria with contact to country, ESE and CEMA level, up to executive Level 2

Education (degree) and professional experience required:
  • University or equivalent; some college level education highly preferred
  • Minimum of 1+ years general administrative experience with comprehensive understanding of the general aspects of the job, or equivalent combination of experience and college level education

Other requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal, email, phone and presentations)
  • Travel: you should be willing to travel approximately twice a quarter for up to 3 days per travel for staff meetings, partner events, etc.
  • The role will require energy, maturity and professionalism.

  • Excellent knowledge of standard HP software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • High proficiency in key CRM systems (MS Dynamics, Eclipse)
  • Extensive knowledge of company policies and procedures to complete complex tasks in creative and effective ways
