Deltek is actively seeking an Accounting Support Analyst to join our growing Customer Care group. This position will be responsible for providing accounting software support to clients utilizing Deltek products. Deltek's work environment is challenging, innovative, and fun - come join our team!
- Troubleshoot a wide range of accounting issues, including billing, payroll, general ledger and reimbursement issues.
- Work in a team environment and provide support to customers via telephone, e-mail, chat, and the internet.
- Work activity involves assessing the nature of customer problems and resolving most support issues.
|Background in Accounting or Finance|
2+ years customer service or software support experience is preferred
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
History of successfully working in a team environment
Refined problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills
Must have the ability to work independently and be self-motivated
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Direct experience with Vision software is a plus
