Position Overview

The Web Coordinator will be responsible for all digital Marketing activities within their geographic region – collating information, generating content with reviews, images and video content to showcase all aspects of the Monster brand & portfolio online via our own social media platforms and website, as well as third party platforms.

This is very much a hands on role and will require dedication and commitment working in a variety of environments and be willing to travel.

Good time management, enthusiasm, attention to detail and great communication are key to the role. Excellent understanding of written and spoken English and local language required.

Ultimately the Web Coordinator is responsible for the success of the digital content in Sweden.

Travel: Majority of the role is done from the Swedish office with occasional traveling at events to cover.

Key responsibilities

  • Constantly update local website with all News & Events
  • Leverage local assets (events and athletes) to create content for our social media platforms
  • Leverage global and EMEA assets on local social media platforms
  • Partner up with a large number of third party partners (brands, websites, digital media etc.) to ensure a wider coverage of content
  • Manage fully the local social media influencer program (negotiation, content brief creation, result tracking etc.)
  • Responsible for the digital implementation for Monster and its portfolio (Espresso, Hydro etc.)
  • Reporting, KPI and evaluate the performance of each campaign as well as establish long term digital strategy accordingly
  • Translate local site fully including all menu labels, news articles and event posts
  • Engage with local fans through social media
  • Record and report all activities on a monthly basis in line with the Company Policy

  • A strong understanding of the social media landscape
  • A proven record of working with third party digital partners (influencers, digital media)
  • A good eye for detail
