In the position of office assistant you will be working in an energetic international environment.

You will get insights to working in a sales organization and gain knowledge in multi-tasking. We are looking for a service-minded colleague that are proactive and ready to support the Swedish sales team. 

Task within sales marketing and customer service

You will be in contact with different areas of the business and the task will vary from month to month. As the office assistant you will be making sure that the office is structured and you will be working proactive for it to be a welcoming environment for both co-workers and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will be postal service, office supplies, and invoice administration. You will also assist the sales organisation with various smaller tasks.
You will be based in Solna – Sweden, and work 2 days a week. We are flexible with regards to your schedule and exams.

As a student worker, a major part of your job is to do various ad hoc and day-to-day marketing tasks. Thus, your stay and learning opportunity at the LEGO Group will be great because of your pragmatic attitude, outgoing personality, collaboration skills and willingness to help where needed. Your qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled in a Swedish school
  • Are able to work independently and at the same time as part of a team, and you must have great social and communication skills
  • Service-minded
  • You have experience with Excel
  • You speak and write Swedish fluently
  • You speak and write English effortlessly 

We will also value if you have experience in similar tasks with an administrative or service position, and also if you have been working in any purchasing system before.
